CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE · TAMPA BAY

AI Receptionist for Tampa Bay Small Businesses

Give more customer inquiries a clear next step.

When your team is serving customers, new inquiries can interrupt the work—or wait until someone is free. Work AI Crew scopes AI phone answering and inquiry-capture services for small businesses in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. The agent gathers the information your team needs to follow up, using the answers and rules you approve.

What an AI receptionist handles

A phone receptionist can collect the caller’s name, callback details, service location, reason for calling, urgency, and preferred timing. It can answer routine questions from your approved information and pass a complete request to your team.

Website questions and web-lead intake are also options. We confirm the channels, forwarding setup, and delivery method included in your proposal before launch.

Appointment requests, with your team in control

The default is a booking request. Your staff checks availability before the customer receives an appointment confirmation. A preferred time is not a booked appointment.

Direct confirmation is considered only for protected slots you reserve, with clear rules for service type, duration, and capacity. Inquiry capture and alerting do not include emergency dispatch.

Where it can fit

  • Home services: capture the address, job type, service-area fit, and callback details while technicians are working.
  • Cleaning: collect property details, requested frequency, and timing for an estimate.
  • Auto repair: record vehicle details, the reported issue, and a preferred visit time for the service writer.
  • Salons: collect the requested service, preferred stylist, and timing for staff review.

These are examples to scope together. We confirm your rules and tools before promising a setup.

How we measure whether it helps

For Customer Assistance, the weekly review follows inquiries through separate steps: request delivered, staff acknowledged, customer contacted, appointment confirmed, and job completed when your team verifies it. An acknowledged request is not counted as a customer contacted.

We agree on a starting baseline and follow-up window. Bookings and completed jobs are reported as observed outcomes; additional revenue is claimed only when the comparison supports it.

Plans and usage

Customer Assistance plans are Capture at $249/month, Standard at $349/month, and Front Desk at $549/month. Each has a defined voice-minute and web-inquiry allowance. These are separate from Information and Workflow Automation services.

Additional usage is $0.35 per voice minute and $0.50 per web inquiry. Usage alerts, a spending limit, and a fallback are agreed before launch. Setup is quoted separately and is waived for the first 10 Customer Assistance pilot businesses. Compare the current plans and allowances.

What we need to get started

Bring your service area, opening hours, approved answers, qualification questions, current phone or website setup, and a named person to handle requests. We agree on scope, test the proposed workflow together, and confirm the monthly plan before launch.
